Mondays we all meet at 830am in Mariners Cove- Lynns house and she does stretching and tummy crunches along with pushups too. She use to do that Baby Boot Camp. She is awesome! This one is 2 miles. It is a flat walk. This one is really neat for the kids because they see pigs with the mom and the babies by the farms in the back and dogs and cats too.
Wednesdays we will meet at 530pm for family hike at Makapuu Lighthouse-this is a paved area for strollers and dogs are allowed on a leash and dont forget a bag to pick up his business, along with a camera for the gorgeous view, hand towel and water. You don't have to bring these things. But, I do recommend it. This one is about 2 and a half miles.
Fridays we will meet at my house at 815am and do a challenging route but a good workout. A lot of up and down with the hills and it is almost 3 miles.

Family Walks On Wednesdays
Well, its been so hot that I think if we try a 2 month trial over the summer to hike Makapuu Lighthouse on Wednesdays at 530pm! Get active in the outdoors and get the whole family involved or just come by yourself. Its such a gorgeous view when you are walking up and down the hill. It takes about an hour depending upon the pace. Please bring a hand towel, water, tennis shoes and a camera to take pictures at the top. Meet at the parking lot right before the time and we will try and start on time.
